Kingsmuir Hotel

If you are looking for 'Prissy Modernity' please don't come!! If you want clean comfortable accommodation with all mod cons, able to come and go as you please, take breakfast at a time to suit yourself, early or late, serving yourself Continental style with an extensive choice of fresh fruit, cereals and cold meats and to make your own toast just as you like it, then do come and you will be amazed at the value offered! Built in the early 1800's KINGSMUIR is a delightful Regency house set in the leafy Pittville area of Cheltenham. During the 50 years of its present ownership it has undergone extensive but sympathetic modernisation retaining the beautiful Adam style moulded ceilings and marble fireplaces originally installed but now meeting all modern fire regulations with all the guest rooms having full en suite facilities. The owners are no longer resident on site and entry is gained via digital locks the codes to which are Emailed to you after prepaid booking in advance. An emergency manager is resident locally if required contactable by telephone. Spacious bedrooms all have small colour TV's, radio/alarms, Hairdryers, fridgesand light cooking facilities with simple modern en suite bath/ shower room facilities. Furnishings match the house, some almost as old as the house itself but mainly (like the owners!) of the 1930's, serviceable but not modern. For guests not going racing we are an ideal centre for visiting the Cotswolds area and offer substantial discounts for multiple day stays. Our aim is to be 'the best Budget hotel in town'! Off street parking is limited to three cars on a first come first served basis but free on street parking is available around the Circus and within 200 yards in Pittville Circus Road space is usually unlimited.
